Registration Fees

(All fees are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT (where applicable))

Registration Type Early bird - Through March 30^th Late - Standard

Regular⁽¹⁾ 600 € 720 €

Student⁽¹⁾ 450 € 540 €

Accompanying Persons⁽²⁾ 200 € 200 €

Exhibitor 2 000 € for a 10 m² stand with table, chairs and electrical plugs, Wifi is free all over the conference center.

(1) Registration fees include admission to scientific sessions, book of abstracts, all coffee breaks, welcome reception, “poster” party, conference dinner, conference package and lunch Monday-Thursday onsite.

(2) Accompanying persons are not expected to attend the scientific sessions. Their fee includes the welcome reception, the “poster” party and conference dinner.

Cancelling and Refunding

For cancellation before May 1, 2019 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after May1, 2019 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
